EVOLVE is an innovative contouring solution that uses safe, non-invasive, radiofrequency and electromagnetic energy to target skin tightening, permanent localized fat destruction and muscle building and toning for total tissue contouring and body shaping. It uses three different techniques to yield the best results:

How it works

  • The machine administers radiofrequency waves to targeted parts of your body.
  • Radiofrequency waves work by targeting and killing your fat cells (radiofrequency lipolysis), which your body then eliminates naturally on its own.
  • It also tightens the underlying structure of your skin, thereby boosting collagen and elastin production to encourage smooth and youthful curves.
  • It utilizes electromagnetic energy to stimulate muscle contractions.

Procedure:

  1. Anesthesia is not required.
  2. The six Evolve Trim applicators will be placed on top of the target area, and gently strapped into place.
  3. For buttocks and legs, three applicators will be placed on both sides.
  4. When the treatment begins, the applicators will begin to heat up your skin.
  5. Once it reaches optimal temperature, your skin will feel very warm (but comfortable) and you’ll notice a gentle pulling sensation underneath the Evolve Trim paddles.
  6. Radiofrequency energy and vacuum work together to smooth unwanted stubborn pockets of fat and remodel the tissue.

Safety:

  • Anesthesia is not required.
  • There are no incisions or recovery time involved.
  • Radiofrequency waves are a form of ultrasound technology, making them safe and gentle on your skin.

Convenience:

  • Treatment generally takes 20 to 45 minutes.
  • Most people will need between 4-6 treatments spread over 1-2 months for optimal results.
  • Treatments should be administered 1 week apart.
  • Some patients see immediate fat and cellulite improvements after the first session but the greatest improvement is following the final treatment with continued improvement for months thereafter.
  • Maintenance sessions are recommended every 4 months to maintain results.

What to expect after the procedure?

  • Some patients may experience very mild swelling or bruising around the treated area, as well as some pinkness of the skin. This usually just lasts for a few hours.
  • Physical discomfort is not encountered.

Instructions before procedure:

  • Do not receive any other laser treatments 7 days prior to Evolve treatment.
  • Do not get sunburnt.
  • Avoid lotions before the session.

Instructions post-procedure:

  • No need for you to have any kind of down time.
  • Patients are free to go back to their normal activities, including work, following the completion of a treatment.
  • Keep the skin of the treated area hydrated with a good moisturizer.
  • Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water and reduce alcohol intake between and after treatments.

Cost:

  • Consultation is required for actual pricing.

Efficacy:

  • Once the fat cells are destroyed, they won’t come back. However, if you gain weight in the future, there’s a chance that new fat cells can return to the previously treated area.
  • Contraction of the skin is permanent, though the natural effects of aging may cause a bit of loosening over time.
